Right Fit Guarantee

At Silverdrome, we want you to feel comfortable when ordering our goods online! We offer one free size replacement if the shoes you ordered don't fit. You just order the size you believe is correct and what you normally would purchase during the secure checkout process. Should they not fit you correctly we will allow you 1 replacement size either 1 size smaller or 1 size larger. More than 1 size difference will be considered a customer input error, in this case we are not able to replace your order.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours from the time you placed the order to contact our customer service team at support@silverdrome.com  and request an order modifications or a cancellation. We will do our best to attempt order cancellation or order modification within this time frame. Please note: cancellation or order modification is not guaranteed, we will do our best to stop your order or modify your order, nevertheless in some situations the order goes through to our production sooner, which does not enable us to halt the production process.

Damaged/Incorrect Order

Silverdrome work to ensure the accuracy and quality of all our products and each item is inspected before leaving our distribution centres. However, on rare occasions a product may arrive that is damaged, of poor print quality or be an incorrect product. if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

First thing we ask you to do is take some photos, so we can see the exact problem. Then drop us an email to support@silverdrome.com and explain what has happened, attach the photos and don’t forget to include your order details.

One of our helpful support team will investigate the issue and be in touch with you within 24hrs.

Order not received

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel products and 45 days for pillow covers, shoes, bedding or bags after having ordered, please contact one of our team members through our contact us page or by email at support@silverdrome.com for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

Returns

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

Refunds/replacements can be requested up to 14 days after the order was marked as delivered by the postal service, after this time we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.

Silverdrome is not responsible for any customer input errors while ordering such as choosing the incorrect size/color.

Customs,Duties, and Taxes

Silverdrome is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
